I ordered the GKK Baseball 5Pack Practice Training Plyo PVC Baseballs for my 13yr old son who pitches for a travel ball team and middle school team. His pitching coach uses similar balls for a variety of drills and exercises when working with my son. Having access to these balls at home allows for my son to continue the drills and exercises for extra reps. The balls are the size of a regulation sized baseball. The variety of weights allow for your child to increase the weight used for a variety of drills and exercises. The lighter weighted balls allow for my son to start small and work his way up to the heavier weighted balls for newly introduced drills and exercises. When ordering these weighted balls, it's important to take into consideration what you intend to use them for. If you have a son who pitches, these balls are perfect to continue arm care drills/exercises at home. The balls are durable as my son has thrown them at nets and walls outside and they have held up well. He does not throw these balls at the wall at high velocity. The GKK Baseball 5Pack Practice Training Plyo PVC Baseballs have been a valuable asset to at-home pitching training and maintenance, and I would highly recommend them. As a plus they are priced lower than similar products (at the time of this review).
